On Thursday I graduated from my Masters degree (MSc Human Osteology and Funerary Studies) at the University of Winchester. I went down to Hampshire on Wednesday night and stayed in a hotel as we had to be up really early. While I had a massive hotel room to myself, I thought this would be the ideal time to have a pre-graduation pamper. I’d brought along several products that I’d got from Notino in order to treat myself.
Sheet mask
To start my pre-Graduation pamper, I wanted to prep my skin and make sure it was moisturised. This would ensure that I had a good base for applying my makeup in the morning. So, after a long soak in the bath I chose a sheet mask to use. I went for the Missha Airy Fit Pearl mask. This is both moisturising and brightening.
I applied the sheet mask after cleansing and toning my face and left it on for twenty minutes. The good thing about the Missha sheet masks is that they have a lot of the product in them. I always find that when I have finished with the mask, there’s excess product. I can squeeze the product out and use it elsewhere. This time, I used the leftover product on my neck and my arms to make sure they were nicely moisturised.

Foot mask
Although I wasn’t going to be wearing sandals for my graduation (I went for boots) I wanted to pamper my feet a bit. It always feels good to be pampered from head to toe. I took that literally and got a moisturising foot mask.
The one that I went for was the L’biotica Regenerating Foot Mask. This product comes with two plastic socks filled with the product. You pop your feet into the socks and wait for 45 mins to an hour for them to work their magic. After you’re done, you don’t need to wash the product off, just allow it to sink in. It’s best if you apply these when you don’t need to walk around as they can be quite slippy! I put these on when I was sat at the desk watching Waterloo Road and relaxing.
In the morning, I found that my feet were so soft and moisturised. Any dry areas had completely disappeared and felt really smooth. The packet recommends that you use these foot masks once a week, so I think I’m going to get some more and use them once every two weeks. I was really impressed with them!
Gradual tan
The dress that I was wearing has long sleeves but comes to my knees. I wanted to make sure that my legs had a bit of colour of them as I’m so pale. I didn’t want my legs to look bright white in photos! The products I decided to go for was the St Tropez Gradual Tan Classic everyday mousse. This applies like your normal fake tan, but you can gradually build the colour up over a few days. I didn’t want anything too harsh, so I thought it would be a good idea to go for this one.
For the final part of my pre-graduation pamper, I applied the gradual tan to just my legs after I had finished with the foot mask. My legs were nice and moisturised as I had used a body lotion after my bath. I also made sure that I had shaved and exfoliated so that the product went on evenly. There’s no guide colour, so you have to be careful when you’re applying it to ensure that you don’t miss any spots. When I woke up in the morning, I had a subtle tan which is just what I wanted. There were no streaks or patches that I’d missed.
I was really pleased with how everything turned out on the day. I loved the makeup look that I went for and my outfit looked great. I’m looking forward to getting my photos back from the shoot that I did before the ceremony.
These products were purchased with a voucher gifted to me from Notino

I have one of those foot masks! I haven’t used it yet, my plan is to settle down with it on Saturday and let it do it’s job haha xx
