Silver feather ring by Jeremy Hoye

Jeremy-Hoye-Feather-Ring

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by someone from JewelStreet and was asked if I would like to review a piece of jewellery from the site. I’d never heard of them before I so I went straight to the website to see what it was all about. JewelStreet is an online jewellery shop which sells collections from a whole range of designers – from the more established ones, to new and upcoming talent. They have so many great things on there, it was hard to choose.

After spending a few hours on the website, I decided to go for a ring. I don’t wear necklaces very often, so they were out. I always forget to put earrings in so decided not to go for them. My wrists are really small so I can’t get away with wearing a lot of bracelets. I never leave the house without at least one ring on. When it comes to rings, I  wear either gold, silver or both.

There is such a great collection of rings on JewelStreet. The website also has a great range of designers as well. I spent quite a while going through all of the different designers. After browsing for a few hours, I narrowed it down to three rings. This silver feather ring* by Jeremy Hoye is the one that I settled on.

Jeremy Hoye is a jewellery designer from Brighton. I loved his collection on JewelStreet. I thought that this feather ring was just so pretty and feminine but also really unique. So far, I haven’t seen anything else like this in the high street shops. When it came to sizing, I was daft enough to go for a size J when I’m actually a J 1/2. So, it only fits on my ring finger. However, I’ve been wearing it ever such a lot recently. I have had quite a few compliments on it as well. It’s quite a chunky piece so makes a bit of a statement.

Do you have a favourite piece of jewellery?

That ring is gorgeous! I love silver jewellery so much better than gold.

What a lovely design! I love the use of the feather motif and the way it almost looks like a rediscovered vintage piece. Lovely 🙂
