Sudio Regent headphones

Sudio Regent headphones

As you probably already know, I spend a lot of time travelling. Whether I’m off to a new European country or just going to the other side of the UK. I spend a lot of my time on trains and buses. This means that I have got my travel essentials sorted out. There are three things that I like to have on me at all times when I travel. These are my phone, my kindle and a good pair of headphones. When I have a long journey ahead, I like to settle down and listen to music. I also like to get stuck into a good book.

Recently I was sent over a pair of the Sudio Regent wireless headphones. Now most of the new smartphones don’t have a headphone jack, more and more people are turning to wireless headphones. I find it so much easier to use them. It means that I can also charge my phone whilst I listen to music. I also like the fact that I can have my phone safely zipped away in my bag and I can still use the headphones.

Sudio Sweden

Sudio is a Swedish company specialising in wireless headphones and earphones. They have a great range and are becoming increasingly popular due to the demise of the 3.5mm jack in smartphones. Although they are based in Sweden, delivery to the UK is fast and my headphones arrived in 3 days. This is brilliant considering the shipping is completely free! The prices are affordable and each item comes with a one year warranty. If you are interested in purchasing from Sudio, I have a discount code which will get you a helpful 15% off everything. Just enter the code ‘strangeness15‘ at the checkout and your discount will be applied.

Sudio Regent wireless headphones

The Sudio Regent headphones are great for travel, as you can fold them down. I love that I can easily fit them into my backpack and they are not too bulky. I used to prefer earphones as they are smaller, however these barely take up much space. The leather cups are super comfortable to wear. I have a lot of ear piercings and usually find that headphones can push down on them and make my ears sore. The leather on these means that this doesn’t happen at all. They also do a great job of blocking out the sound from the outside world. I have been known to wear these even when the battery has died, just so I can block out the noise of the bus.

The headphones are easily charged with a mini usb cable which comes in the box with them. I usually charge mine overnight and they have a battery life of over 24 hours. When you have a long journey, these really are a life saver. It is really easy to connect the headphones to your phone using bluetooth, however if you want to use a cable, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack in the left side of the headphones.

Styling the Sudio Regent headphones

The Sudio Regent headphones come in two colourways, black or white. I went for the black ones as I think they will go better with my style. You are also able to get different caps for them so you can customise your look. There is a choice of eight different caps, I decided on the green marble. The caps cost an extra £14.99 and are a great way to personalise your headphones. I have had a lot of compliments on these as they are a lot nicer than just plain black ones. Another thing that I love about the headphones is that they are adjustable. This means that I can make them a bit bigger if I want to wear them over my woolly hat. I also don’t have to worry about them slipping off my small head while I am using them.

The headphones were gifted by Sudio in exchange for a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I love wireless headphones now as they are so much better when I’m working out in the gym or running. I love the sound of the high quality sound you get through these ones and I will be looking into them more now as I think I need a change.
