Another day, another post about a Boohoo playsuit.. Like I said in the first post, I bought three playsuits in the Boohoo sale to take to Barcelona with me, they cost a grand total of £20 with this one being the most expensive at a whopping £8. This one is a little different from the other two in that it actually has buttons up the front rather than being a wrap style. It’s also not very summery as it’s obviously black but I think the on-trend rose embroidery on the tops of the arms and shoulders more than make up for that.

This playsuit was worn on our first, very animal orientated day in Barcelona. Our first stop was the cat cafe and then we spent the afternoon at the zoo. This was the coldest of the three days that we spent in Barcelona, so I’m glad I wore the playsuit on this day as all that black wouldn’t have been a very good idea when it was nearing thirty degrees!

These photos were taken in Citadel Park which is right next to the zoo and is beautiful. We were hoping to go back later on in the trip to get some photos when it wasn’t so grey but we didn’t get around to it, however I’m really happy with how these came out and the park wasn’t too busy which was perfect for taking outfit photos. There were a few other people around that had had the same idea!

As with the yellow playsuit, I’m definitely going to try to wear this in the colder months – perhaps with a pair of tights and a chunky knit cardigan. I think a black playsuit is kind of like a little black dress, it’s something everyone should have in their wardrobe and can be dressed up or down for any occasion.

Boohoo is fast becoming one of my favourite online shops and I can see myself buying most of my autumn/winter wardrobe from there. I’ve already got my eye on a few bits that I want and I’m sure it won’t be long before I’ve bought them, I can never resist a good jacket!
