I love a good highlighter and when I was in Florida I bought the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Moonchild which has six shades including a couple of blues and a pink. I absolutely love using that palette but at £40, it’s a bit pricey so I don’t want to be using it everyday. When I heard through Soph that MUA had bought out three more of their Undress Your Skin highlighters, one in a peachy pink shade and two blue shades, I just had to get them. They’re an absolute bargain at just £3 each, so I ordered them online from Superdrug and had them delivered to my local store the next day, I was so excited to pick them up as I hoped that they would be a good alternative to the ABH palette.
Clockwise from top we have Pearlescent Sheen, Ice Sparkle and Peach Diamond
Pearlescent Sheen is the lightest of the three new shades and looks white in the pan, however when swatched it gives off a beautiful duochrome blue glow which is reminiscent of Blue Ice from the ABH palette.
Ice Sparkle is very blue but when blended on the cheekbone, it’s not as scary as it looks. This is very much like the shade Blue Star from the ABH palette.
Peach Diamond is my favourite of the three highlighters, it’s a peachy pink but I find that it leans more pink making it a good dupe for Pink Heart from the ABH palette.
Swatches left to right – Ice Sparkle, Peach Diamond and Pearlescent Sheen.
As with all of the other MUA Undress Your Skin highlighters that I have tried, these three are all finely milled, easily blendable and contain no glitter meaning that they give a gorgeous sheen to the cheekbones when applied. Pearlescent Sheen is a lovely colour but isn’t as pigmented as the other two, I find that I have to build it up in layers and apply a setting spray – it also helps if I apply it wet. Out of the three, Peach Diamond is the one that I reach for the most which isn’t a surprise as Pink Heart is my favourite from the ABH palette. I love the soft pink glow that it adds to my face and even though it is coloured, it’s not too bold for everyday wear.
If you’re into your highlighters, I definitely recommend you pick these three up. At £3 each, they’re such a bargain and I believe that everyone needs some coloured highlighters in their collection. These are available on the MUA Store or at Superdrug.

I’ve never used a highlighter before but these sound affordable.
