Here in Britain, we are a nation of ‘foodies’. 66% of UK adults will tell you that they are passionate about food and drink – especially bloggers. 50% of us are passionate about home cooking and 53% of millennials will eat out at least once a week. Personally, I really enjoy going out to eat – although I can’t always afford it. There’s something really exciting about going to a new restaurant, browsing the menu and trying something different. The rise of food blogs has definitely contributed to this, I’m often finding new restaurants via blogs or Instagram.
