I hope everyone’s having a good weekend! I thought I’d do a quick blog just to let you all know of a fantasic offer in the Daily Mail this weekend! In today’s Daily Mail, there’s a voucher for a free 50ml body butter from the Body Shop. In tomorrow’s Mail On Sunday, there’s another voucher for a free 50ml body scrub. The only catch is you have to use the vouchers on the day you get them. I’ll be getting my body butter before work today and the scrub in my break tomorrow. I’ll probably go for Sweet Lemon as I’ve never tried that one before! Today’s Daily Mail will cost you 70p and the Mail on Sunday will cost £1.50. There will also be a voucher inside for £5 off when you spend £15, which is a good idea if you haven’t bought a Mother’s Day present yet. Click here for more info!
While I’m on the subject, The Body Shop have also just started a brilliant sale with some body butters and scrubs for half price. Make sure you check it out!

American Apparel have got a crazy sale on, for today only! If you click here, you can choose up to 5 of the items with the yellow band on them (priced at £10 each) FOR FREE. You just have to pay for shipping and make a £10 purchase. If you scroll down the page, there are loads of tshirts for just £1.50! All you need to do is enter the code APRIL1ST at the checkout and the £50 will be deducted! It’s almost too good to be true and ends at 11:59pm, so get yourselves over there quickly!

For the grand total of £15.70, I got myself:

Interlock Pencil Skirt in Cranberry, Forest and Black

Baby Rib 3/4 Sleeve Raglan in White/Red, Lime/Kelly Green, Pink/Asphalt, Heather Grey/Black

I really hope this all goes through okay and isn’t some sort of April Fools joke! I can’t wait to get these if it isn’t. American Apparel’s basics are always great quality and at this price you just can’t refuse!

I just spent about an hour and a half on my nails. I used Barry M’s Mushroom and MUA’s Shade 18. I did the dots with the flat end of a pin after seeing Gem Fatale’s Tuesday Tip. They’re not perfect but it was a first attempt. They probably won’t last long, I’ll get bored of them and change them before the weekend!

I’m very impressed with the MUA (Makeup Academy) nail polish. I’d always just walked past all of the MUA stuff in Superdrug because of the price tag – everything’s £1 so I automatically thought it would all be rubbish. Yesterday I was very upset because as you’ll know if you follow me on twitter my DSLR just died on me so I needed cheering up. I was looking at the Barry M polish and thought why not try MUA? After all, it’s only £1! I’m glad I did, I’ll be going back there to try the rest if the range. I fancy a new lipstick.

Have you tried anything from the MUA range? What did you think?
