I’m really excited because I’m eligible for a phone upgrade next week, which is perfect timing as my iPhone 6S has been giving me so many problems recently. I’ve decided that I want to go for the iPhone 7 plus, mainly because of the amazing camera, so this means that I need to get myself a new case before I go ahead and upgrade. I always like to have a collection of cases to choose from and at the moment, I have about six that I switch between, so I’m going to have to start stocking up if I want that many for my new phone.
eBay is my favourite place to get phone cases from as they’re always so cheap and there’s thousands of different ones to choose from. I’m going to get a couple from this wishlist and then also get a custom one made from Wrappz as I have a voucher code to use up, so I’d like to get one with a collage of photos that mean a lot to me.
Whenever I get a new phone, I like to have a bit of a spring clean, getting rid of any unwanted photos/videos that are on there and sorting out which apps I don’t use and are just sat there taking up space. Carphone Warehouse have been doing some research on the most popular apps and have found that Facebook, Google Search, Youtube, Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp are the top five most used across the UK. My most top five most used apps at the moment would have to be:
Whatsapp – I use this app several times a day, to keep in touch with both friends and family. I’m a part of several group chats including one with some fellow bloggers and one with my family. I often find that I leave my phone for a couple of hours and come back to 200+ messages!
Gmail – I try to keep up with my emails when I’m on the go and the Gmail app is so handy and convenient, it can be a real lifesaver when I can’t get to my laptop.
Google Chrome – Chrome is my web browser of choice on my MacBook, so of course I have to have it on my phone too and this means that I can access my bookmarks and my history from both devices.
Instagram – At the moment, Instagram is my favourite form of social media and I’m always scrolling through my feed or adding new photos, I must open the app over a hundred times a day.
Twitter – There’s no better way to waste time than by scrolling through twitter which I tend to do a lot, especially at night when I should be going to sleep.
