Anti-aging is something I should be thinking about now I’m approaching thirty. I have started to get a couple of lines around my eyes, although I do still get ID’d wherever I go. It is better to prevent rather than cure as you can’t really get rid of any fine lines and wrinkles once they’ve appeared. Luckily, the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift range has plenty of options to suit all skin types.
I’ve recently been trialling the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Cica Cream night moisturiser and the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Cica Cream anti-wrinkle and extra recovery day cream. I haven’t changed my usual skin care routine, I’ve just swapped my night moisturiser for the Revitalift one and then I’ve added the day cream in in the morning. I don’t usually use an eye cream, but I’ve found that since I’ve started using the day cream, my eyes have looked less tired and my fine lines have been visibly reduced. I think the next thing I will be adding to my skincare routine will be an eye cream.
As my eyes are the only area on my face that have got any lines or wrinkles, I can’t really comment on how well the two creams work on any other wrinkles. What I can talk about however, is how moisturised my face feels every morning. I would definitely recommend using an anti-aging cream if you are approaching your thirties, especially as prevention is better than cure. I was so impressed with how quickly the day cream sank into my skin, usually I’m left waiting ages for my moisturiser to sink in before I can apply my makeup.
I’m so glad that I’ve added both of these creams into my routine now, hopefully I will still be getting ID’d at bars until I’m at least 40. I’ve now got my eye on (pun intended!) the eye cream from the same range.
