    This post is super helpful. I’ve also found a lot of apps useful lately, like habit trackers! Using these (alongside other apps) have helped me stick to a habit of doing everything every day like practising a new language (I am now somewhat a fluent beginner in Romanian!) or hitting my water intake goal x
